is a biography of Joanie Brusseau.
As soon as they met,
Kathy knew Joanie's riveting story had to be told.
From coast to coast in Canada, and to Africa and Greece, Kathy has followed Jesus. She's learned to trust Him, first with little things, then with some grand ideas like building a water-well, teaching English, and now sharing stories.

Joanie can be found living for Jesus in Storm Lake, Iowa. Whether she's sailing with the Rolland's or helping out at church, her infectious laugh and zest for life can not be ignored and will draw you in.
Through surviving sexual abuse, mental illness, homelessness, and a mid-flight heart attack, Joanie sees the hand of God in her life. She always looks for a way to share her faith in Jesus; who took her from the streets to the mission field and gave her all the desires of her heart.
On February 15, 2023, Joanie went home to be with her Heavenly Father. Those who knew her, know that she is worshipping Him with great joy.
